DESCRIPTION:Key Clubbers\, get excited for the Key Club International Convention (ICON) 2024! ICON is an opportunity to gather with over 1\,000 Key Clubbers from across the globe to hear about new programs\, develop personal and professional skills\, attend educational workshops\, and elect the International Board for the upcoming year. \nThe 81st Annual Key Club International Convention will be July 9-14\, 2024\, in Atlanta\, GA. The Pacific Northwest District of Key Club will conduct its District tour beginning Tuesday morning\, July 9th\, 2024\, and returning Sunday morning\, July 14th\, 2024. The tour fee covers round-trip airline reservations between Atlanta\, GA\, and Seattle\, WA. The guided Georgia adventure includes time at the World of Coke and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights\, a District Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe\, and much more.  \nThe tour package includes all air and ground transportation\, hotel room\, registration fees\, tour admissions\, some meals\, district pins for trading\, and many other items. It costs $1\,250\, including a $600 deposit due by Sunday\, May 5th\, 2024. You can offset costs by soliciting support from your club and local Kiwanis clubs. The event includes a virtual kick-off event through Zoom the day before (August 25th) and an in-person component in Area 4 at Oaks Park in Portland\, OR. \nThe kick-off event will include keynote speakers\, workshops\, and time to network with Key Clubs from the PNW District’s southern clubs. \nIn-person participants will receive lunch (if desired)\, all-day admission (until 7 PM) to Oaks Park\, team-building activities hosted by your LTG\, and a service project.

DESCRIPTION:Key Clubbers\, prepare yourself for the Key Club International Convention (ICON)! ICON is an opportunity to gather with over 1\,000 Key Clubbers from across the globe to hear about new programs\, develop personal and professional skills\, attend educational workshops\, and elect the International Board for the upcoming year. \nThe 80th Annual Key Club International Convention is being held July 5-9\, 2023 in Anaheim\, CA. The Pacific Northwest District of Key Club will be conducting its District tour\, which will begin Tuesday morning\, July 4th\, 2023\, and return Sunday afternoon\, July 9th\, 2023. Included in the cost are round-trip airline reservations between Los Angeles\, CA and Seattle\, WA or Portland\, OR. The guided Disneyland Adventure will include a full day at Disneyland (with a park hopper)\, time to explore Santa Monica\, including the pier\, and much\, much more.
