At District Convention (DCON), Key Clubbers from over 160 clubs celebrate a successful year of service and receive valuable leadership education and service opportunities. Members attend workshops, receive officer training, and vote for the next District Executive Board. Throughout the weekend, attendees are encouraged to share their spirit in an environment of service-oriented individuals.
