AWARDS AND CONTESTS
Get recognized for individual and club achievements.
Individuals and clubs are recognized for outstanding service during the closing session. In addition to achievement-based awards, members can participate in contests such as the talent show and the scrapbook contest. Winning submissions for some awards and contests are eligible for entry on the international level at International Convention 2025.
All clubs must submit the Annual Achievement Report to attend DCON 2025 and be eligible for awards. All awards and contest forms are due by February 1st, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Outstanding Faculty Advisor Award
This form is to nominate a faculty advisor for the PNW Key Club Outstanding Faculty Advisor Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Club Service Hours Award
Key Club’s mission is to provide service. This award is given to the Key Club that has completed the most service hours per member in the District for the 2024-2025 service year.
Club District Project Service Hours Award
The Club District Project Service Hours Award shall provide recognition to individual Key Clubs for dedicating time for the district project, The SEAD: Ending Youth Houselessness Initiative, in a single year.
Club District Project Service Hours Award
The Club District Project Service Hours Award shall provide recognition to individual Key Clubs for dedicating time for the district project, The SEAD: Ending Youth Houselessness Initiative, in a single year.
Club District Project Fundraising Award
The Club District Project Fundraising Award shall provide recognition to individual Key Clubs for exhibiting outstanding fundraising efforts (money + pounds of food) for the district project, The SEAD Initiative, in a single year.
Club Website Contest
This award is given to the Key Club that has developed the best Key Club website during the 2024-2025
Key Club year.
Club T-Shirt Contest
This award is given to the club that designs a t-shirt in the district competition and is judged according to artistic representation, general content, uniqueness of presentation, layout, and design.
Club Single Service Award
The Single Service Award program shall provide recognition to individual Key Clubs for their single best service project.
Major Emphasis Award
This form is to nominate a project for the PNW Key Club Major Emphasis Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Poster Contest
This form is to apply for the PNW Key Club Poster Contest for the 2024-2025 term. Each Key Club may enter one of the two following contests. Non-Digital Poster Contest or Digital Poster Contest
Video Contest
This form is to apply for the PNW Key Club Video Contest for the 2024-2025 term.
Non-Traditional Scrapbook Contest
This form is used to register for the PNW Key Club DCON 2025 non-traditional Scrapbook Contest.
Traditional Scrapbook Contest
This form is used to register for the PNW Key Club DCON 2025 traditional Scrapbook Contest.
Talent Contest
This form is used to register for the PNW Key Club DCON 2025 Talent Contest.
Oratorical Contest
This form is used to register for the PNW Key Club DCON 2025 Oratorical Contest.
6 for 65 Award
At least six members of this Key Club have each performed a minimum of 65 hours of community service from April 1, 2024 through February 1, 2025.
Outstanding Club Secretary Award
This form is used to apply to be considered for the PNW Key Club Outstanding Club Secretary Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Outstanding Kiwanis Advisor Award
This form is to nominate a Kiwanis advisor for the PNW Key Club Outstanding Kiwanis Advisor Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Outstanding Club President Award
This form is to nominate a president for the PNW Key Club Outstanding President Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Outstanding Club Vice-President Award
This form is to nominate a Key Club Vice President for the Outstanding Vice-President Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Outstanding Club Treasurer Award
This form is to nominate a club treasurer for the PNW Key Club Outstanding Club Treasurer Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Outstanding Club Editor Award
This form is to nominate an editor for the PNW Key Club Outstanding Editor Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Outstanding Club Webmaster Award
This form is to nominate an editor for the PNW Key Club Outstanding Webmaster Award for the 2024-2025 term.
Malcolm Lewis Outstanding Club Member Award
This award is designed to reward Key Clubbers who may not normally receive recognition for all of the hard work they do for their home, school, and community.
