On November 18 and 19, Orofino’s Key Club aided KLER Radio with their annual Stuff the Bus. It took place at Glenwood IGA, Shopko, Kings, and Barney’s Harvest Foods. A lot of Key Club members participated in this event along with some Boy Scouts from Troop 536. Together, they helped load and organize the donated goods onto the bus. The food that wass donated and “stuffed” onto the bus went to our local food banks, and is then given to those who are need for the holidays. In all, we raised a total of 3,260 pounds of food! Throughout the duration of this event, Key Club members and Boy Scouts were interviewed live by Mr. Jeff Jones from KLER Radio. The members loved participating in this event and helping out their community. As usual, it was a really cold day, but it was all worth it to help those in need.
