This What’s Poppin’ PNW post features Division 33. Here is a message from their Lieutenant Governor, Angelina Chang: “Division 33 has been a strong division throughout the summer from rebuilding our communities to taking advantage of the great weather to bond! More specifically, Auburn has been volunteering with their school’s college readiness club, Riverside has been aiding the Kiwanians in the annual Golf Tournament, Mountainview has been working hard on rebuilding their culture, Federal Way and Todd Beamer has been helping with the annual Kiwanis Salmon Bake Sale, Decatur has been helping collect items for the Women’s Care Drive, and Thomas Jefferson has been planning a Sunset Picnic for the schools in the Federal Way Area. Overall, I also want to highlight our Joint Divisional DCM with D32! On July 9th, Division 32 and 33 gathered at Lake Meridian Park and packaged over 60 care packages, raised over $650, and donated over 900 menstrual products to Step by Step in Puyallup to support mothers in need. I would like to give a special thanks to all of the members and officers who put a lot of effort in the success of this project and in contributing in any way to continue making a great impact to make the world better every day. I am excited to see where all the officers and members under Division 33 achieves come fall time as the summer session has proved the potential and great strength of each and every club. Sending you all love and rest!” Thanks Angelina!
