Hi Key Clubbers! For this week’s What’s Poppin PNW, we are featuring Division 65! Here is a message from their Lieutenant Governor, Evelyn Chen: “As the school year came to a close, Division 65 finished the year strong with impactful service projects and fundraisers! Here are some projects Division 65 clubs have done in the past month. Westview recently held a fundraiser for the Cat Cave, a free student clothes closet, where they sold hundreds of plushies and thank you cards. Southridge made paper flowers for Teacher Appreciation Week. They folded origami flowers by hand and delivered them to staff members’ mailboxes! Several schools volunteered at elementary school carnivals around our area, ensuring students could have fun and fulfilling ends to the school year. Beaverton had fun at West Tualatin View and Ridgewood Elementary Schools, helping run games and activities, dressing up as fun mascots, and ensuring the events ran smoothly. Clubs also celebrated the end of the year by handing out awards and honoring seniors for their hard work and dedication to Key Club. Mountainside Key Club celebrated with pizza, a Key Club-themed photo backdrop, and a raffle. Thank you all for your service, turtles!” Thank you for your leadership, Evelyn!
