Here is a message from their Lieutenant Governor, Ashley Tsang: “The Winter Wonderland planning committee spent many hours preparing for our annual Winter Wonderland joint DCM with Division 18. It was a fun day that consisted of guest speakers, a variety of informative and fun workshops, chances to win prizes, and a great opportunity to meet new people from both Divisions 13/15/17 and 18!
