What’s Poppin’ PNW: August 14, 2023

Hi Key Clubbers! For this past week’s What’s Poppin’ PNW, we are featuring Division 32. Here is a message from the Lieutenant Governor, Adrienne Li: “Throughout the summer, Division 32 has continuously shown its fiery spirit and dedication towards serving the community and strengthening our Kiwanis-family relations! On July 29th, we held a joint Summer DCM to support the District Project with Division 33 and our sponsoring Kiwanis clubs, where we collected 3,000 hygiene items, raised $170 in monetary donations, and packaged 160 hygiene kits for Seattle Union Gospel Mission. In addition, Division 32 also attended a Kiwanis DCM Picnic hosted by Aktion Club, where we connected with our other Kiwanis branches in the area while enjoying some delicious food. To stay active in the community, clubs have found service events for their members to participate in, such as volunteering at local farmers or night markets. Other clubs have prepared for the upcoming service year by meeting with their officer board and Kiwanis Advisor to plan bonding events, fundraisers, and more. I’m so proud of what we Dragons have done, so please stay tuned as we continue flying high in the future!”
