#WhatsPoppinPNW A lot of DCMs are often times focused too much on the social aspect of Key Club. Instead of focusing on that Division 28 members were able to learn about teen dating violence and make cards for a women’s shelter that is home to women and children that have escaped an abuse environment. It was a very emotional and raw topic for some students, but extremely educational. 33% of students are a victim of some type of dating abuse. Many students in the audience lacked the necessary information to understand what abuse, other than physical, looked like until this presentation.
